You Need: -Ice Cubes-hair conditioner (NEVER SHAMPOO) -facial scrub -A wash cloth-Creamy Liquid Soap-Lotion (of your choice)-Low Lather Cleanser -Towels -
Wash Your Hands! Pour a bit of the Creamy liquid soap in your hands and lather. Start applying the lathered soap from your neck and work your way up to your forehead in a massaging fashion. (If you're doing it right the soap will not foam up too much) Apply your warm damp washcloth to your face and throat. Let your skin rest for a few minutes and let your skin breath. Rinse the wash cloth and repeat at least 2 times. -
Apply the low lather cleanser to your face, but this time don't apply to throat. Massage for about 5 minutes, around your nose, mouth, and forehead and gradually add your facial scrub to your face. Then add scrub alone to your face beginning at your chin. Move fingers in a circular upward motion. Continue for a few minutes before going to the throat. Rinse WELL with Warm water throughly. PAT DRY (NEVER HARSHLY RUB SKIN)

Apply a thick layer of hair conditioner to face and throat. Pour Ice Cubes in a bowl and fill with cold water from tap. (from sink) Add Cotton Pads, or a thin wash cloth and dip in the ice cold bowl. Optionally, you can lie down and relax with the cotton pads or wash cloths over your face along with the conditioner. After no more than twenty minutes rinse face and throat with warm water. Dip Hands in the bowl and rinse face and throat again. Pat Dry. Add your lotion or face moisturizer and massage it in. To add more complexion to your skin, wrap your face in a dry towel and relax.
